Founder and Director

Ms Tzena Wong has been working in the capacity of Project Manager for the past 20 years and has extensive experience in managing project from large scale to small retail shops throughout Asia. With a key focus on retail projects, Ms Wong has completed retail project throughout the world, including public area fitting out works, renovation, shop revamp and new development studies.

Ms Wong also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of China Merchants Commercial REIT (1503.HK), a Member of the Small and Medium Enterprises Committee (SMEC) of the HKSAR Trade and Industry Department, and a Member of the Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings) of the HKSAR Appeal Tribunal, Buildings Ordinance.

Mr Raymond Kam is a Hong Kong Registered Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor). He focuses on valuation of construction work, interior decoration and building equipment installation, alterations and additions of mechanical and electrical installations, repair and modification projects in Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Guilin and other places.
